DIY Project by A Subtle Revelry

When I think of Cinco De Mayo, I think of bright and fun colors. Creating that style perfectly with balloons and streamers is easy to do!

One of the biggest things to think about when blowing balloons up at home with the Balloon Time Helium Tank is figuring out how to tie them off. Often times, we will use fishing wire, sometimes-pastel ribbons for a sweet look – but I’m quickly learning my favorite idea for a wild crazy party is to use streamers to tie the balloons.

Instructions:

  1. Fill your balloons using the Balloon Time Helium Tank.
  2. Tie a streamer to the knot of the balloon. Hint: Use a small length of stream to get the balloons to float all the way to the ceiling, or use a large strand, just let it puddle onto the ground, to keep the balloon lower in the air.
  3. Doing this with a bunch of balloons at various sizes will make a party display that screams fiesta fun!

The kids will have a blast running through the streamers and carrying the balloons all throughout the party.
