This project is part of the DIY Halloween Costumes with Balloons Series.
Whether it’s Halloween, New Year’s Eve or your birthday, pop the bubbly for the occasion and turn yourself into a glass of champagne with a touch of gold and a big bunch of balloon bubbles.
Supplies:
- Balloon Time Helium Tank
- Gold or champagne colored outfit
- Clear and peach latex balloons (The peach balloons will be a pale champagne color when inflated.)
- Fishing line
Instructions:
- Inflate a bunch of balloons–I used about 10–and tie each with fishing line.
- Put on your gold outfit and tie the balloons to your wrist or a bottle of Champagne. Cheers!
