Be the star of Halloween night. No, literally! A few stars and a gold crescent moon balloon turn a simple black dress into a sparkly night sky.
Supplies:
- Balloon Time Helium Tank
- Black dress or outfit
- Gold die-cut stars
- Sewing needle
- Fishing line
- Gold crescent moon balloon
Instructions:
- Hand-stitch a few stars to your dress or outfit. To do this, my stars had holes in one point for hanging, so I just looped a piece of fishing line through and stitched them to the dress. Be sure to tie a knot underneath when done. You could also use hot glue, if you prefer.
- Inflate the moon balloon with helium and attach it with fishing line.
- To add more flair, you can tie a few gold stars to the fishing line hanging from the moon.
