Supplies:
- Balloon Time Helium Tank
- White, silver, and accent color balloons
- White, silver, or clear ribbon
- Snowflake ornaments
Instructions:
- With your Balloon Time helium tank, begin inflating your balloons.
- Tying with a ribbon, add a snowflake ornament to the bottom end
- The more you fill, the greater the “flurries” to shower mama-to-be!
