Referee Balloon Weights

Keep your party within regulation with these fun referee balloon weights.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Inflate the balloons using the Balloon Time Helium Tank and tie with ribbon or string.
  2. Take the black tape and adhere to the balloon. The strips of black tape should go all the way around the balloon, starting at the knot around the base of the balloon and stretching across the balloon to the other side of the knot. Keep taping with about 1 inch in between each piece till you get a referee jersey pattern.
  3. Finish the balloon off with a yellow whistle tied to the neck of the balloon.

These balloons can be used to decorate your table or bar, or act as a weight for the rest of your balloons.
