Floral Balloon Tails

Make a bold statement with a floral jumbo confetti balloon. This balloon will make for beautiful décor at your next party, adding fresh and colorful elements to your tablescape. Use the leftover greenery to make a backdrop on the wall or runner for your table and fill vases with fresh cold water to add any leftover flowers to.
Supplies:
- Jumbo Balloon Time Helium Tank
- Fresh greenery
- String or ribbon
- Jumbo confetti balloon
- Lightweight flowers – we chose pink baby’s breath
Instructions:
- Purchase fresh greenery that is light and has a flexible stem. Chum it up with your florist or local farm stand to find the best suited greenery for this project.
- Buy a jumbo confetti balloon. We found ours at Knot & Bow. If you want to make one yourself, pick up one clear jumbo balloon at your local party store. Cut tissue paper into small pieces, and add the cut tissue into the balloon before you inflate.
- Inflate the large confetti balloon with the Jumbo Balloon Time Helium Tank and tie with string or ribbon.
- Take a strand of your green leaves, and starting at the stem of the balloon, wrap the greenery around the string.
- Cut small pieces of baby’s breath and stick into the green leaves wherever you desire.
If your ceilings are low, the balloon can hang freely on it’s own as long as there are no lights on the ceiling near your balloon. Beware as popcorn ceilings and hot ceiling lights can pop your balloon. If you have high ceilings, you can tie your balloon to a pumpkin or weight it down with a jar of rocks or candy.
